Emma was taken away from her family because of the abuse that occurred in the home. Paradise Valley was lucky that Gabby, a rescue friend, worked at the West Valley Shelter and told them about this Dalmatian. They estimated that she was around 11 years old and she was suffering from a severe bout of arthritis. Emma is now living out her senior years with Paradise Valley.
